PORTASOLPro Piezo Soldering Iron 75 Kit PP-1K

One of the most useful little tools I have. Hard to realise how useful it is to have a soldering iron with a decent amount of power that has no wires. I bought it to solder up the heavy weight battery connectors when adding a leisure battery to an old camper van and this did the job brilliantly (used it like a blowtorch). It will handle delicate work with ease too. Plastic, but really well made and in a useful fitted case. I did a little bit of research before I bought and this brand wins hands down over any similar products out there. Made in Ireland too, a nice bonus.

Just perfect for jobs around the car and house. I also work with model aircraft and couldn't be without this in the field now. Trouble is people keep asking to have things soldered when they see it. Great quality compared to other hobby brands.
