It is brilliant. David unpicks everything that is right and wrong with online dating and she does it with wit, intelligence, accuracy but also affection. Her account is amazing and this book does not disappoint. Very very funny. Buy it for everyone for Christmas.

I love following this writer on instagram but I feel this book doesn't greatly reflect the same vibe. I found it hard to get into as the majority of it is just mansplaining text and use of abbreviations which I didn't find very interesting.

If you are a person who dates men you'll need to read this. Smart and written in an almost stream-of-consciousness style, this is a loving paean to the nice softboy and a timely evisceration of the nasty one. Read it in one sitting; it made me laugh and then laugh again when crying was the only alternative.

A dissection of modern internet dating that is clinical and hilarious in equal measure. Unbelievably funny, intelligent and enlightening- I couldn’t recommend it more!!!
