I have a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado. The cap for the wiper washer fluid reservoir got old and as plastic does, the retaining strap broke. The cap also was not "clicking or snapping" onto the neck of the reservoir any more, so it wouldn't stay on the neck. I guess the age of the plastic and the heat under the hood eventually aged these parts. I had been keeping the cap in place for the last couple of weeks using a piece of tape. I was browsing Amazon one night, and just on a whim did a search to see if there was a replacement for my old cap listed. Boom! There it was. I ordered it and when it came in yesterday, it literally took me less than five seconds to remove the old retainer band and install this new cap assembly. It fits perfectly and securely snaps into place. Just for grins and giggles I looked up this part on the GM OEM site and find they charge over $10 for this item, plus shipping. On Amazon Prime, this cost me a little north of $4. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Product came as expected and feels rather durable. It was a really tight fit to get this onto my 2015 GMC Terrain. I was able to make it work but given it's so tight I'm not sure how long it will continue to stay latched closed. But for the price, it will likely be worth it.

My original cap was lost about 2 years ago and no one ever knew what happened to it. I finally had the idea to look on amazon and found this one. It was a super easy install, and fit perfectly. Very happy that this worked as it was just annoying to not have a cap for it! It also feels fairly sturdy.
