Worth getting especially if you have an adjustable bed.
I have an adjustable bed, one of those that lift the head area and feet are to make like a zero gravity chair for reading in bed. The sheets never work. This has lots of connection point and they can be moved up and down the center strip.I adjusted so the fitted sheet is held pretty tight even when I have the head and feet at maximum adjustment. This is wonderful.They are a pain to adjust but I have used a permanent marker on the mattress to mark the location I want the sheet clips at, so hopefully it will be easier next time. It was easier this last time (after I put the marks on the mattress).The sheet is not absolutely wrinkle free after raising and lowering. My old drill instructor would not be able to bounce a quarter. That said, I have diabetes with poor circulation it I am no longer getting the sheet making dimples in my skin (like if you use a rubber band around your wrist for a long time and then remove). With diabetes those dimples are not a good thing and refill with blood over maybe 10-15 minutes. With good circulation they should refill in maybe 15-30 seconds.If you have an adjustable bed, I strongly recommend.If you have poor circulation in your extremities, I strongly recommend.

Mattress clips
I purchased these for holding a custom fitted sheet on our camper mattress. It works great and the sheet stays on finally. I purchased other ones before and they broke. This one is holding up great and I'm a happy camper.

lets just say my sheets move alot and this thing REALLY keeps the fitted sheet in place. worth the money and would buy again

Works great, but too hard to manage
These work great and really help make loose sheets look better, BUT, its impossible for 1 person to manage, especially with a memory foam mattress.

Keeps the sheet on!
I was tired of the corners snapping off. This item truly does work and stays on. Only con is that it is a hassle to put on every single time and requires 2 people for a smooth assembly.

Mega clips
We have a thick, adjustable mattress. It's a dual king bed, meaning two twin size mattresses. We put the fitted sheet on and flip the mattress over to attach the clips. Not sure how you would do this will a full size mattress. However, in our situation they work wonderful to keep the fitted bottom sheet in place. I recommend them.
