It fits the GOPRO hero7 perfectly. We got this not got diving, but more for protection and added water resistance. The case is really to install and works well with the GOPRO and non- native accessories. The resistance on the metal buttons is quite firm. The case used a double locking clamp that seals the unit and keeps the case from flying open. Right above the camera on the left hand side is a slot for a moisture absorbing pad that keeps the case from fogging over. I have used this for 10 plus hours of filming and have no complaints.
