Replaced older unit hit by power surge
Upgraded from IQ3. Upgrading is not for the faint of heart. There is some deep learning to do if you have never done this before. If you have your system settings being backed up to the cloud you will be able to restore most settings and not have to re-install alarm sensors. You will have to re-install ALL Z-wave modules as this cannot be done thru backups. Remember to exclude ALL Z-WAVE modules FIRST before trying to include them. There is a setting in the panel to disable the built in tamper function. Disable it and then you can unplug the panel from the power supply and carry around the house to get near your in wall mounted zwave switches and include them on battery. Zwave inclusion is designed to be short distance for security reasons and wall switches on the other side of the house will not reach otherwise. Hope this helps someone.

Panel didn’t work
The keypad didn’t recognize the power into the keypad, sensors for the 319.5 MHz didn’t respond horrible purchase returned the product the next day after delivery

you would be better off throwing your money in the toilet than to buy this. Mark my words your will be spending a lot of money on this system before you finally throw it in the trash.
