This device has been wonderful for my neck pain. I use it multiple times a day and can already feel and see the difference. Its easy to use by yourself, and comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. It does a great job of stretching out my neck and releasing the tension in my neck muscles! I love the sleek design and colors of it and it appears to be oretty durable so far!

I love it. Immediately tried it once I got it. I currently deal with foraminal Stenosis and C5 C6 disc bulge. Going through PT, but for the longest time it felt like traction was the only thing that could help. Helps alleviate my tinnitus, not completely but minimizes it. I also have a Saunders traction machine, which I do like more, but I will say this does excellent for much cheaper.Only downside, if you have a long neck, you almost wish for 1-2 more adjustments vertical.

This did not stretch my neck. It would push/stretch the front when turning the chin part up, but the airbag only squeezed and did not raise the back of my neck at all. I have a 16” neck, by the way. I returned it. My more traditional traction device works much better. Was hoping for something easier to use.

My husband found and ordered this for me after the doctor said that something like this could help me and wouldn't hurt to try. I was skeptical but tried it, anything to help with the pain. This thing is amazing, it took a couple of tries and him helping me to get it on and situated right, the best part is it has so many ways to adjust it. Once I have it on and my neck relaxes a smidge I can make adjustments to keep sketching my neck out just a bit. Feels so much better when I use this several times a day. The button to air it up is touchy so I usually disconnect the controller once I have it where I want it, that way the button doesn't get accidentally pushed and more air into it. Now that I have used it so much it doesn't seem as sensitive. It is easy to let air out, you push in on the tube connector where the pump connects.

It works great until it pops off, which is every time I use it. Please improve your product.

Constant tightness in my neck from bad posture through out the day but with 15 mins of this device stretching my neck it relief a lot of that tightness instantly
