❌ Extremely Poor Installation Service – Very Disappointed with Kühl
I purchased the Kühl Prima A1 1200 BLDC Fan on 20-06-2025, expecting smooth service and reliable after-sales support. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.I raised a request for the free installation on 21-06-2025 and have been waiting ever since. Despite multiple follow-ups via customer care phone support and chat, no technician has visited or even contacted me. It’s been several days with no resolution or accountability.I live in Cherthala, Kerala, and I was told the installation would be done within 48 hours — this clearly hasn’t happened. The service team is unresponsive, and I feel completely ignored as a customer.Kühl may have built a decent product, but the lack of basic service and poor customer care makes it hard to recommend. If you're buying this for the free installation or post-sale support, think twice.

Lacking modern looks, not recommended
The colour and finish of the product is nice, some how the main motor body of the fan is very old fashioned, no LED light which is mostly present in all new models of BLDC fans. Because I took 900 mm blades the main body and blade ratio looks out of proportion. Throw of air is just ok,most of times remote doesn't function well. Honest feedback

This ensures that the fan won’t fall even if the hanging bolt mechanism fails, providing peace of mind.Remote Control Features: The IR remote is user-friendly, featuring On/Off, Sleep Mode, 5-speed settings, Boost Mode, and timers for 1 hour, 4 hours, and 8 hours. The timer on/off buttons add to the convenience.Performance and Design: Despite some low ratings due to the absence of a reverse mode button as advertised, the fan’s performance is outstanding. It is stunningly stylish with a golden outer ring on an espresso-colored body.
