I love Hyland’s cell salts and have been using them consistently for my family with great results. What I appreciate most is that each cell salt has specific, traditional uses, so it really helps to understand what each one supports and why. I personally use cell salts #1, #2, and #12, and I give these three twice daily—morning and night—as part of a routine to help remineralize my children’s teeth. Cell salt #1 (Calcarea Fluorica) is traditionally used to support tooth enamel, bones, ligaments, and connective tissue. It’s often associated with strengthening hard tissues and supporting elasticity in areas like teeth and gums. Cell salt #2 (Calcarea Phosphorica) is commonly used for bone and tooth development, growth, and repair, and is traditionally associated with mineral absorption and structural support—especially important during childhood. Cell salt #12 (Silicea) is traditionally used to support connective tissue, enamel strength, and overall tissue integrity, and is often associated with helping the body properly utilize minerals. In our experience, using these three cell salts together twice daily, combined with a hydroxyapatite toothpaste, has been a powerful pairing. We also focus on neutralizing saliva after eating by having the kids chew gum that contains xylitol, which helps support a healthier oral environment after meals. I want to be clear that what I’m sharing here is personal experience, not a medical claim—but I have personally seen tiny cavities appear to stop progressing and improve over time when this routine is followed consistently. Cell salts work gently and are often taken repetitively over time, which aligns with how we’ve used them. Another reason I feel comfortable using them is that, when used as directed, cell salts are known for having no adverse reactions or side effects, making them something I feel confident using long-term with my children as part of a broader oral-health routine.

Where do I even begin? This product is phenomenal for everything and helped heal my dog from folliculitis on his paws. Silicea is known as “the surgeon’s knife” in Homeopathy. This is great to keep on hand to help expel any foreign objects such as thorns, little bits of glass or short hair impacted in their coat. For pets it’s very easy to dose by just putting one pellet from the cap into their water bowl and letting them drink at their leisure For humans— I use this with my clients that have slow/delayed Healing with Tattoo Removal and permanent make up. You will notice a difference in your hair, skin and nails immediately as well as the collagen and elasticity! Even my mom mentioned she’s never had to file her nails before and after using this, she has to file her nails they are so strong! the key to use is : Pour one pellet from cap, straight into mouth do not touch with hands, let dissolve on tongue after brushing teeth or before bed. The more your body needs this supplement the sweeter it will taste, eventually as you no longer need it it will start to taste bitter —typically if you are slightly depleted five days of use if you are extremely depleted 12 days of use!
