Burnout is becoming more and more prevalent and this journal helped me identify, address, and create a game plan for future me. The quality is fantastic, the paper is thick, and I haven't noticed any bleeding of pen or marker which is great. It is very easy to use, the prompts are targeted, with just enough space for detailed responses.
