Do the headphones fit around the ear? Or do they rest on top? Also, are they any good for drummers?...

Yes they do fit around the ear (depending on the size of the ears I suppose) and I use them with my Roland TD-12 drums. They are not the loudest headphones I have used but for the price will do the job.

Would these fit an 8 year old?

I have a seven year old, a piece of foam pipe insulation from B&Q cut to length will minimise the gap between band and head, for smaller heads

Can I use them for listening to music and radio?

You might, but they aren't really intended for this purpose - they aren't 'hi-fi'. Even my inexpensive Sennheisers are clearly better for listening to music or radio. I use the Rolands with my keyboard only, having bought them for that purpose.

are these good for watching movies/amapzon prime shows?

They cover your ears completely and are comfortable to wear. I have not watched movies with them, but they are very good for playing guitar with and have a great sound quality, so I am sure they should be good for watching movies.
