Can this be used to replace a Fuel Tube on a Champion gas generator model 201110? Champion part #100064733, dimensions given are 04 x 010 x 190.

The dimensions given aren’t clear to me, but the last given appears to be 190” which is nearly 16 feet if I read correctly. This fuel tube is only 10 feet long, the suggested answer is no it’s too short by approximately 6 feet for your application.

Does it harden when exposed to fuel?

I haven't used it long enough to see. But most fuel line hardens with age and heat.

This is a difficult hose to locate. We needed to replace the fuel hose on a customer's Hilti concrete saw. The outer diameter was a good, snug fit for the hole in the gas tank, but the inside diameter is s TAD loose on the fuel filter, BUT... they come with plenty of hose clamps that snug that right up. The hose itself seems like a good quality, soft material. How it holds up remains to be seen, but... if it comes back through our shop, I'll be sure to update the review on longevity.

So far it works. However I have a section that already had a hole in it. I can't say if it came like this or I nix it. But a gas line should be more durable then this. Will evaluate more when times goes by.
