Very good product. Really does help with back issues and is very comfortable. Very good quality and size.

Having tried a lot of these after leaving my first one in Sydney airport this one lives up to expectations on the size and comfort. Just hoping it wears as well as my last one.

UPDATE: I'd had the original cushion for a few years and it had started to go flat. I bought another and the quality isn’t as good, it has started to go flat after just a couple of monthsI usage.I haven’t used a cushion like this before so can’t compare it to any others.I suffer with coccyx pain after it was shattered years ago. It wasn’t a problem until I lost a load of weight and noticed it was more pronounced when sitting.I bought the large size so that it fitted on my sofa roughly where my body fits. It does give some pain relief but not completely. I find just a small difference on where I sit on it makes a big difference. I put a board on the sofa seat with the cushion on top and didn’t notice any difference.The density is good and it springs back into shape quickly.The gel layer was only cool the first time I used it and I haven’t noticed it cool since.I’m glad I bought it as it means I can sit and relax for longer but it hasn’t removed the pain completely.

This product was impressive from receipt on delivery to using it. It arrives in its own carrier case with full instructions and handy hints on sitting properly at your desk. I used it initially when recovering from hip surgery (gives extra height to chair dimensions as recommended by physiotherapists) and then in my home office and found it versatile in fitting a number of different chair types. The gel interior works well in stopping muscles soreness and I found it comfortable to sit on either side. Also I washed the cushion covering in the washing machine on a low temperature without any issue. Recommend as a good value buy!

Comfortable but not very stationary as I get out of my wagon the cushion wants to come me and end up in a puddle on the road.So could do with improving.

Good support to relieve pressure when sitting for prolonged periods either at a desk or through illness or accident.

I have bought two of these cushions and they are very good for making my driving experience more comfortable. I do not have trouble with my coccyx, but I do often experience pain down my spine when I drive over a bump or pothole. My car has quite firm suspension which doesn't help.I originally bought the larger size. This made driving far more comfortable, even going over fairly big bumps. However, it was a bit bulky for my small car. As I was so pleased with the cushion I decided to buy a second standard size one. I find this equally good and comfortable and it is much less bulky. I am around 5' 10" tall and 11 stone. If you are a similar or smaller size I would recommend the standard size cushion. However, if you are much heavier than me you may be better off with the larger size.The standard size raises you around 2" higher and the larger size 3" higher so you do need to be able to lower your car seat position to accommodate this. Other than that, these are really good, comfortable car seat cushions to assist people who have back problems.
