Easy to swallow tablets with high absorbency
These tablets are easy to swallow, have no noticeable after taste and contain two of the most absorbable forms of magnesium that are the least likely to cause diarrhoea, according to the internet. However, I take magnesium oxide tablets regularly and the only side effect for me is to make my stools softer, which isn’t a bad thing.According to the website, this combination of magnesium is 3 times more absorbable than some other forms which may explain the difference in the stated dosage between various formulations.I can’t really offer any advice about claims made for various supplements, I certainly haven’t experienced any improvement in cognitive functions when taking magnesium supplements, I have noticed a reduction in palpitations though when taking them, but I am on tablets to reduce stomach acid so there is a chance that I may not be getting the same amount of minerals that a healthy person would get. In other words everyone’s experiences may differ.I like the fact that the tablets come in a sealed container and include a desiccant.

Good bioavailable forms of magnesium at a cost effective price.
Firstly I love that these don't have any of the nasty fillers or extra ingredients that even some of the 'premium' brands contain! Magnesium Citrate and Malate are both well researched and highly bioavailable forms, it still baffles me how many companies use cheap Magnesium Oxide which is known to be poorly absorbed. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, I've never seen magnesium come in a red capsule before though which surprised me a little. My only negative for these is that the company doesn't list the daily % of magnesium that each serving contains, I found this a little frustrating as I also take magnesium in a few other forms as each has it's own individual benefits.Overall though I think these are great value and I'm impressed that they've included Magnesium Malate at this price point so would recommend.

Good quality supplement and good value for money
I take Magnesium daily for a chronic illness that leaves me with fatigue, immune deficiency, sleep problems and muscle pain/spasms. Magnesium is known to help with supporting the body with all of these issues. This supplement contains a good dose and appears to have a higher absorption rate than some other brands on the market. The capsules are smooth and easy to swallow, and have no discernible smell or taste, which is also a massive improvement on other supplements of this kind which can often be large, chalky tablets. In this pot you get 60 capsules and the dose is one a day, so this is two month's supply, which isn't bad value for money (at approx. £13 at time of posting).Overall I have noticed a slight improvement in my health issues since I began taking a daily magnesium supplement so would definitely continue to buy this in future and can recommend it to those with similar issues.

Good quality magnesium for my muscles.
I have taken a couple of supplements by Ambrosial, now and I am happy with how well they work. The only part that I am troubled with is that these tablets are red. After opening the tablet, I can see the powder that is inside, but I cannot find why the tablets are red and what the colouring is made of. I took them and I feel well after using them, but I wish I knew the colouring they were using. The tablets are easy to swallow, they do not have any unpleasant aftertaste. The recommendation is to take 1 tablet a day and the bottle will last for 60 days. For the price and quantity, this is a reasonably valued supplements, but I know that are other supplements out there with better priced offers.

Nicely priced and easy to swallow
What can you say when reviewing supplements?Easily swallowed? Yup.Taste funky? Nope.Do they work? Who knows. After a fall and some lingering muscle damage, I was recommended magnesium supplements, and so I had a go. Can't say if they've significantly helped, but they've certainly not done me any harm.At just shy of £10 for 60 capsules, they're priced similarly to the host of other supplements out there.

OK
I have just started taking this supplement so cannot really review on the effectivity yet. However, looking at its composition, I can say that this magnesium supplement is of is a high-quality that provides a potent dose of magnesium to boost energy levels and muscle function. The 60 vegan capsules are easy to take and provide a premium source of magnesium citrate and di magnesium malate. The supplement is suitable for both women and men and is a great way to ensure adequate magnesium intake. Overall, a reliable and effective magnesium supplement that provides good value for its price.
