Foot Massage Roller, Muscle Roller Stick for Plantar Fasciitis Recovery and Tight Muscles Relax

Did the job, just roll it under the feet and you get a good massage. Can be used on other body parts but it was brought for plantar fasciittis. Very sturdy and gave pain relief after a few goes.

This roller provides excellent relief for plantar fasciitis. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone with sore feet.

I find this helps with my foot pain although I’d prefer it to be bigger in size . It is compact , I only have size 9.5 uk sized feet but my feet are quite wide . This roller I find make my foot bend up at the sides and I find it hard to get a good firm push on the small spikes.

Lovely cooling sensation and instant relaxation of my heel and ankle. Used for plantar facsitis in combination with heel pads and I'm recovering much faster than the first episode. It's a good size for my wide foot and easy to use.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Been using this roller for couple of weeks and I believe it’s helping my feet to recover it’s still early days however I will persist in trying to resolve my feet issue I choose this roller as it was the most realistic price and design as more other expensive ones

well im not sure this cures or helps with my sore foot. ive tried using this and im either a wimp as it seems to hurt after a while due to the little dimples on the actual roller or im doing it wrong . i will keep trying to use this item as all help to relieve the pain in my foot is a help. I am not convinced it will help at all though . It is a sturdy built item though and if all else fails it will make a good dogs toy i reckon.

Fa il suo lavoro ed è effettivamente quello che ci si aspetta. Il prodotto è robusto e sembra di ottima qualità : penso che durerà nel tempo. Nella confezione si trova anche un foglietto illustrativo che visualizza i metodi e le zone su cui effettuare il massaggio (non solo i piedi quindi).
