This has been working really well. Love the LED indicators showing temperature of unit, Kwh processed, elapsed time, voltage, Amperage, kW level. My garage almost caught on FIRE! *by W***H on August 27, 2017* Last weekend, my garage almost caught on FIRE! I emailed Jekayla immediately. It has been 7 days and NO response.Please check out my damaged charger. My garage is covered in little black plastic piece from the melted charger. The heat was so intense that the wires inside the wall were melted. The plug was melted into my garage outlet. I had my electrician come over to confirm all was okay within my garage and that my home did NOT cause this accident. He confirmed it was the faulty charger. My electrician said I was very lucky that my car was damaged either. I count myself very fortunate that we did not have a fire while we were all sleeping.ZERO STARS --- I was not able to submit this warning without giving this product at the very least ONE STAR, but it does not deserve it. BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Value with One Caveat *by W***N on December 2, 2018* UPDATE 12/19: This charger continues to work flawlessly for me.I won't cover the same ground others have with the pros and cons of these chargers, but I wanted to point out that the ad copy for the 40A 14-50p is incorrect to state that 120V operation is possible with an adapter. I tried it. It does not work. (But only spent $10 on the adapter, so not a huge deal. That may come in handy later anyway.)
