I’ve had this filter since 2020 and almost 6 years in my filter started to leak. I just ordered a replacement. This is a great filter, the water tastes great and clean. The reviews that say that the water in their filter tastes bad - it’s probably because the water in their location is REALLY bad without the filter. I’ve lived in several states and have taken my filter with me on road trips and I can say it all depends on how bad the water already is in the area you’re in. This is a great filter, worth the money, it’s functional, and gets the job done.

This is a great countertop water filter and I am so happy I purchased it. I love the taste of the water and the filter is so easy to use. The water container is of good size and looks good on your counter. I would recommend the purchase of this product for your home. With your purchase, you are doing something good for yourself and believe me, you will appreciate it!

I bought the 3 filter unit. I had 2 z-brand water filters with TDS testers. Because of the amount of water we consume, 3 times a day was refilling their reservoir. The cost of replacement filters made us change our water drinking habits or not filtering the water. I am so pleased with the Invigorated Water. I am refilling the reservoir once a day or day and a half. I calculated how long these filters would last and using the same amount of water, the calculation came out to January 2026. That is a great improvement and money saver. Additionally, the water tastes so much "cleaner". Cleaner tasting water + longer lasting filters made this purchase a huge WIN! One concern I had came in the reviews and a video, the person mentioned they had trouble with leaking at the spigot. I didn't want a leaker. To eliminate this, I made sure the gasket was seated on the spigot threads, then started screwing the spigot with the unit at a tilt. Then when the nut was started I placed the unit on a flat surface, as pictured, and continued screwing the nut onto the spigot. Plastic is tricky and easy to cross thread if the gasket is skewed. By placing the unit of a flat surface, no cross-threading happened. No leaks! Follow the instructions and look at the pictures, make sure the gasket is flat on the spigot threads then tighten the spigot is on a flat surface, as pictured. I keep the unit on the counter because we drain it once every or every other day. It's sturdy, well made. Changing the filters once every nine months instead of every month is a real game changer. Better tasting water, longer lasting filters, larger capacity. This unit fits my family very well.

Luv it. Good clean water

I really wanted to love this, but this filter has been nothing but stress and clean-up. It leaks with the smallest movement. I would fill it up, double check that the handle was completely closed, and walk away. A few minutes later? My countertop is drenched and the water is running all over the floor. This has happened multiple times — and I kept second guessing myself, thinking maybe I didn’t close it all the way — but no. It’s the filter. If I breathe near it, it leaks. If I look at it wrong, it leaks. And after all of that? The water doesn’t even taste good. It has this flat, almost metallic aftertaste that makes it worse than tap water. For the price, this is incredibly disappointing. Between the wasted water, the constant mopping, and the bland taste, I genuinely regret buying this. I wanted an upgrade… instead I got a mess. Save your money and your kitchen counters. This is not worth it.

Great water filter Easily refillable with sink hose

I searched and purchased this water picther because I have become accustomed to Alkaline water. It taste amazing compared to all the other bottled water options that are available. I used to be a Zepherhills water person until I stumbled onto the Alkaline water choice. This picture was an Ideal choice for the lager capacity in offering 3.3 gallons of water. Sadly the top reservior will leak if over filled. This leaves so much unused space and does not fully maximize the 3.3 gallons of water as advertised. I would hope that they tested this prior to making it available for sale. The top lid could easily have a notch to lock it into place which creates a seal and alow maximum use of the entire tank. The weight is the same as carrying a case of 24 bottle water give or take a little weight. The covience of being in the home going from the sink to the fridge or counter top ( your choice of storage) out weighs the weight. I prefer to load it into the fridge so that I can have cold water. I drink a lot of water so I see that I will be refilling this thing quite ofter. I hope per that I'm able to utilize the maximum life capacity of the filters , in my opinion should not have to be changed for 3 months or so. If not this container would be rather pricy considering. The taste of the water out the gate is great. I was skeptical about this and the legnth of time advertised to filter the water. I will say I was able to take a sip after about 15 minutes of filling it and the water does taste great. I want to give it 4 heck even 5 stars. The design flaw alone will not allow me to do so. The cost of the replacement filter's well in do time I will see if that is worth it. Right now that is up for debate and again another reason I am not able to give it 4 to 5 stars. Hopefully they see the complaints of their design issue and release an updated version of this product keeping the leak issue in mind.
