A: They can be cleaned. I spray mine down with 70% isopropyl and they should be ready to go.

A: It should be around 9-10 pounds once hydrated.

A: There's no such thing as a mushroom "seed", mushrooms grow from spores. Spores are not included, so your answer is "No"
