I haven't had it long enough to verify the life of the battery but so far so good. It charges with no problem. It was a piece of cake to install, took all of maybe 5 minutes. We did watch a youtube video on it first just to be sure. I highly recommend genuine Dell for things like this, I just don't agree that it should be such a steep price. On the other hand, they sold it and I bought it so --- there you go! I did shop around but Amazon had the best offer at the time.

When I needed a replacement battery for my Dell Inspiron, I checked Amazon and found MANY knock-offs.I don't like knock-offs. They may say they are just as good, but, as Mr. Monk says, "I don't think so!"I was happy to find a genuine Dell replacement, reasonably priced, although not as cheap as the knock-offs. Get the picture? It was easily installed and works flawlessly. I expect to get a number of years from this Dell replacement battery, just like its predecessor provided. Don't buy cheap stuff twice...just buy what you know you should once, and be done with it. 'Nuff said.

It’s good, but before I insert it in the laptop it was tested to be at 95% and not 100% battery life. But I really hope the value for money is worth it throughout a few years.

Die Lieferung erfolgte äußerst schnell. Der bestellte Akku konnte allerdings nicht geladen werden, so dass ich wieder meinen alten schwachen Akku in meinen Laptop eingesetzen musste. Die Rücksendung des defekten Akkus wurde bisher nicht bestätigt (vor 2 Wochen), wodurch natürlich auch keine Gutschrift erfolgte.
