Good product. Not necessary.
I like this one. It's pretty good. Doesn't foam though. I can't say how well it works but one thing is for certain- I have no white spot lesions yet.

Effective and quiet costly and suggest for people who are having braces, sensitivity i didn't face it, avoid cavity and gum health not sure. You can try specific toothpaste. It contains flurides. So good for people who wear braces
