I’ve read the reviews before getting this one, so I didn’t expect some 3D hologram Dino popping out of this lamp.Yes, it’s a flat plastic ’3D-look’ dinosaur. It’s super cool, changes colours and looks awesome.We think it’s really cool addition to a dino-obsessed little ones room 🦖

The box looks good, but open it up and you might be confused by the redundant battery compartment (my partner was, installing batteries and then wondering why the product didn't work).The "3D effect" is just a wireframe dinosaur etched into a clear, flat piece of perspex which doesn't fit the base properly - if you just move the base slightly, or nudge it, the dinosaur will just fall out. The short USB cable doesn't give you many placement options either.My boy is 6 and he did quite like it, however, you can't help feel being cheated by Amazon - regardless of who the actual seller may be, it's Amazon who have built up the trust and who we pay the money to - ripping people off with overpriced, low-quality items like this. It was a similar story for a number of other items in my online Christmas shopping this year. Why do I never learn? :-)

I got the dinosaur ones, they are for my 7 years old nephew. I have assembled it to try it out myself before I give to my little nephew. I’m quite impressed how cool it looks and it has different colour settings all from pressing one button so it will be pretty easy for 7 years old to turn on and off and change colours . I can definitely recommend them!

I got this thinking it would be 3d and its not at all, it is a piece of 3mm perspex fitted in a multi function led box that projects the light through an etching of a dinosaur not what i was expecting at all and felt like i had been a little bit ripped off.yes the kids liked it but they would also like a cardboard box if it had changing lights in it

The product as whole is great. Love the product holistically - very cute, and quality build.Though, I was a bit disappointed with the fact that the instructions where very basic, and clarity that the product must either be plugged in continuously plugged in or that you must purchase separately rechargeable or normal batteries, to be able to use the unit unplugged.If anything being that it plugs in with USB, I would expect the rechargeable batteries to be included, really. So that when you receive the product it can be charged and used straight away. Now I have to purchase rechargeable batteries, to be able to use it as I perceived it to be used from the description, when purchasing it.

Beautiful {light changing option} light up plastic dinosaur. Dinosaur mad 5 year old loves this as a nightlight and so do mum and dad since he will now go to bed.It is very simple to put together although you will need a plug for the USB lead.

Great item! My 6 year old son loves it. The dinosaur lights up really well and some colours r brighter than others which I think is perfect. It has a touch button to switch on and off and it really only needs a gentle tap. The only negative thing I could say is that the acrylic dinosaur doesnt click into the base. It just sits in the gap.

This product is beautiful in a room but not child friendly. I find the corners are sharp where the tail is and doesn’t balance too well on the stand. If you want it as a light to switch On at night for a night light it is perfect.
