I made a banana date smoothie with soaked dates, gram flour, bananas, oats, chia seeds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds. It required a few cycles of blending but the end result was fabulous. When I poured the smoothie into my mason jar, there was not a single lump left. None at all. Everything was blended to a perfect smoothie consistency.I loved the way the silicone ring fits. It's not like those cheap ones. It's so snug that nothing gets into the crevices, so it's easy to clean. And the jar is perfectly equal in capacity to a standard mason jar so if you make a full size smoothie in this one, you won't be hungry for hours on end.The efficiency is unmatched at this price range. You won't regret buying this, I tell you. Just go for it.Edit: I've been using this for a few months now, and I have no regrets. It's perfect. I also use the jar and the cap as a water bottle sometimes. Go by the user manual and follow all the dos and don'ts, and you'll be fine.
