YONGNUO RF-603 C1 2.4GHz Wireless Flash Trigger/Wireless Shutter Release Transceiver Kit for Canon Rebel 300D/350D/400D/450D/500D/550D/1000D Series

My initial unboxing thoughts are that they are very light, plastic but feel solid. The light weight however this is something that is ok with me as adding additional weight to my camera whilst using a bulky UWA lens is not something that appeals. For rapid set-up ensure you have 4 x AAA batteries and that before you insert batteries both flash triggers are using the same channel (i.e. channel 1).These are a brilliant pair of affordable wireless flash triggers and they work perfectly with my Yongnuo 565EX ETTL Speedlite. They seem durable and the hot shoe mount fixes tightly to my camera and stays put.Please note to mount the flash wirelessly you will need some sort of stand / pole / footplate that accepts a standard hot shoe fitting. So far I have used them for interior still life / macro use and externally for skateboarding / BMX photographs to which they have been perfect for the job with a good range.One slight issue is that if you have one trigger attached to your camera and another attached to your external flash, if you try to enter the wireless flash set-up, to change a setting the camera (say to change from first curtain release to second curtain release ) will not read this as a functioning device and you will be forced to re-attach your external flash to your camera to be able to adjust settings, please bare in mind that I am using a Canon 550D and that this may not be the case for other models / brands. This is my only gripe with this product and this has led to the 4* rating.All in all a great little set of wireless flash triggers that are much cheaper than many other brands on the market. I would recommend these to any amateurs / semi-pro's wanting to get into wireless / remote flash photography for a wide range of applications.Go buy em!

I have purchased a set of these before so I knew how good they were so I bought some more.. I can now have 4 flashes simultatiosly going off, which is great for low light situations.The only gripe is that the screws inside, come loose, but a quick tighten with a drop of glue sorts this issue out ( maybe I just had a faulty one?)It has stood up well during the 40 or so weddings I have shot and has never failed once... all in all a superb product for the money...

No problems with it so far, although I've only used it indoors. I like that it can double as a remote shutter release, though I already had one. The only thing is, when one of these is mounted onto your flash hotshoe and all that then moutned onto a light stand, it's a bit hard to get to the on-off switch as it's so tiny and partially covered by the speedlight, but still otherwise I'm happy with it.

Been using these quite a lot recently not had any mis-fires or anything of that nature.Range is good not had an issue with it, only thing that has annoyed me was that I cant seem to get it to work a a remote camera trigger.So for me as flash triggers PERFECT !!! Will be buying more shortly :)

these triggers work well, I am yet to use them as a shutter control. the only slight glitch is that it is difficult to use the on off switch once they are mounted on the flash gun, just need to remember to switch it on before I attach it to the flash. cheap n cheerful and do the job

It is difficult to imagine a product that is any easier to use than this one. I took it out of the box, put batteries in it, attached one to my camera, the other to my speedlight and everything worked first time. At the time of writing I've taken about thirty shots with them and not had any sort of problem at all.Their ease of use has made my experiments with off-camera flash much easier.The price is fine and the service from the company was very good.

Works with my Canon EOS 600 D. Can use one as a wireless trigger remote control, and also works with off camera flash. Easy to set up but will only work with flash in Manual mode. Well made and not at all cheap looking or feeling.Takes AAA batteries x2. Will buy more to go with Yongnuo Flash units. At the price do not mess about - get some. I am impressed and all my friends who have seen them have been too.

Bought these to go with my Yongnuo YN-560 II Speedlight Flash Gun. So far so good, my flash fires every time. Good quality at a reasonable price. The only thing I have a problem with, is that the on/off button on the units gets tucked away underneath the flash unit, not a major problem having to turn it on before you pair them up, it's just remembering!
