My jar is reading 80%+ humidity with two pack of Integra humidity control at 62%. is my jar damage?

I wouldn't think the jar is damaged I know what I keep in this jar stays very fresh, maybe check your seal? Mine closes air tight and even at times can be a little hard to close.
