It has seen mistreatment but I did buy it for work so what can I say. No complaints whatsoever but one thing in particular I can see improvement. The water bottle holders are built into the bag they are held on the sides with straps with button locks. they have come off and notice it when they’re are empty that happens. But when my thermos cup is in there it stays in place nicely. Never fell off while wearing it so I can’t really say it’s a complain.
