Was really looking forward to receiving this product. It is so unique and nicer than any towel holder I could find in stores or on line. Even thought I had to return it, because it arrived damaged and the satin finish does not match my bathroom faucets or any of the hardware, I'm still giving it a 5 star because of how nice the overall product is. I also displayed it on my kitchen counter to see how it would look, and I actually love it there even more than the bathroom. It beats having the stand up paper towel holder that I currently have and that I reach for way too often because of the convenience of it being right next to my sink. I would rather have this towel holder there to save on so much paper towel use. I am purchasing this again and keeping my fingers crossed that it comes undamaged since it looked so good in my kitchen. I may order a 2nd one in the future for my bathroom and spray paint it to match my other accessories.

Like most vanity-top towel holders, this rack fits fingertip towels (11" x 18", shown hanging on the front bar in my photo) better than it fits hand towels (16" x 30"), whose ends would tend to drag on the counter. Holds washcloths OK too (shown on the rear bar). Has a compact footprint but is sturdy enough not to tip over when grabbing a towel off it. The curved design adds a touch of style and elegance to an otherwise unremarkable bathroom sink area. Good way to keep a couple towels prominently displayed next to the sink to remind kids to dry their hands after washing.

The stand is good quality and looks good. It’s just a little too small for my taste as I’d prefer to be able to hang two hand towels but it’s not tall enough. It advertises that it’s for finger towels which I didn’t realize were wash cloths. Am using it with “finger towels “ and it works well.

I ordered the PEARL WHITE color and it is true to it' color description. It's for my daughter's bathroom and looks perfect sitting on her bathroom counter. Didn't want to drill holes in the wall or cabinet for a towel holder, so decided to purchase this free-standing towel holder instead. It's actually very attractive, and doesn't wobble or lose balance either.Just FYI, this towel holder holds a face towel PERFECTLY. Sometimes when I shop for free-standing towel holders like this, they are usually too small for a face towel, and are usually a fit for smaller hand towels. What I am using this towel holder for FACE TOWELS ONLY, not hand towels, which are a bit smaller than face towels. Anyway, this holder is a perfect fit for the face towel.Yes, I would recommend to others.

Excellent quality & value. I read some of the other reviews prior to purchasing. And bc many were describing it as small, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. This holder is supposed to be small as it is designed to sit on top of a bathroom counter. Most self standing countertop towel holders are this size. It is a stand designed to hang a hand towel & a face towel on a countertop. It shouldn't be large. This is a nice sturdy, compact stand & very attractive. I would definitely purchase this again & I highly recommend the product.

Product is beautiful and sturdy. It’s not flimsy nor does it look or feel cheap. It is NOT for hand towels. This will fit smaller fingertip towels and wash cloths.

I was disappointed when this towel rack arrived. The finish is very poor and there are multiple scratches and areas where the metal was left unfinished, so the surface is not smooth. It did not stand evenly on the counter. It wobbled at the slightest touch. For a rack that will get much use in my kitchen, this was not acceptable. If you have stone countertops, I would not recommend this product since it rests on small metal balls, there is no room for a rubber or felt pad to protect from scratches. If you are wondering about height, the front rack will hold a small hand towel/washcloth and the back rack will hold a full-sized kitchen towel. Thank goodness Amazon has excellent returns!

This item looked exactly as pictured...was very nice quality and appears to be quite sturdy. Pay close attention to the dimensions because the rack is not tall enough to accommodate some hand towels. This rack would be suitable for tea towels or smaller hand towels. If that's what you plan to use, though, it will be a great choice!

This is a very nice product, its quite small but just right for your hand towels. Its heavy and sturdy not some cheap plastic thing and can be either hung or standing its got a really nice vintage look to it and perfect for the bathroom or kitchen. Nothing negative to say about this really its well made and the lovely vintage look I like.
