First it did not work with my iPhone 12. I almost requested a refund. However it worked like a magic as soon as I connect the charger cable to the adapter. So it only works when the adapter is connected to the iPhone and the iPhone charger is connected to the adapter. I can live with that.

Do not buy this item! It does not work and is a scam! When plugged in it will only work if you scan a dodgy QR code and then wants more money! Doesnt work. Doesnt do what it states. Sadly we threw out the box and couldn't return. Complete waste of time and money. AVOID!

Edit: the blue screen which is shown on another reviewers post is the equivalent of a boot screen, as long as you have everything plugged in correctly, your phone should ask for permission, tap your regular phone password in to confirm and then it works, no need for ANY payments! I use this daily to connect my phone to tv (for no stuttering/buffering) it works great. Runs a little hot when in use. I have been using this daily for a cpl months and it still puts out every time, no questions. I just make sure its on a hard surface for better heat dissipation.

Works with my iPhone fine but when it comes to my iPad it comes up with the same link that others are talking of where you need to input your credit card details and they “won’t charge you the £30”. I’m sceptical so didn’t do it.

Did what it should do

Rubbish had the real one by apple worked very well for years ,bought this one ,no signs of life just rubbish waste of time and money , have ordered the proper one again much more expensive but I know it will work
