Wow, reading this guide really hit home. The portions of organizing your schedule to make that late night snack is real. I also, connected with the transparency of wanting to feel better and “skinny” because people were more accepting. The final piece about sustaining that desired weight loss is paramount. Thank you for the transparency it is often not favorable but needed.
