I think so. I’m no expert but my dad left a lot of scratches on his car. When he died he gave to me. I used a spray last year. It seems good and lasts a long time I have not reused it yet.

no it is paint for a bike or car, it does a good job but i dont recommend you put it on a vision screen.

It does say Automotive (car van and bike). I haven't used it for that purpose, so couldn't say how good it is on a car.
