It works.
Comes from Effie US. The product is Elesound/Bioxar Bone 1(ES-BC900). The actual headset specifications on the box are: ~Headphones~ - SPL(Sound pressure level) => 94 dB plus/minus 3 dB(Decibels) @ 1 KHz(kilohertz). - MIP(Max input power) => 281 mW(milliwatts) @ 1.5 Vrms(root-mean-square Voltage) and 1 KHz(kilohertz). - RIP(Rated input power) @ 1 KHz => 180 mW(milliwatts) @ 1.2 Vrms(root-mean-square voltage). - Impedance => 6.8 to 9.2 ohms or 8 ohms plus-minus 15% @ 1.0 Vrms(root-mean-square voltage) & 1 KHz(kilohertz) - Frequency Range => 130 Hz(One-hundred thirty hertz) to 15 KHz(Fifteen kilohertz or 15,000 Hertz(Fifteen thousand hertz)). ~Microphone~ Dimensional: ϕ6 * 5 millimeter Frequency Response: 20 Hertz to 16 Kilohertz Sensitivity: -54 decibels plus-minus 3 dB. --- Instead of a review, I'll say what I want in the next product --- - Less bass, it is really overpowering. - Wider frequency range. I want more highs. - Even more efficient bone transducers. Higher volume on weaker amplifiers from in-device DACs(digital-to-analog converters). - Maintain sound leakage or reduce it if possible. It is a lot better than the ones with amplifiers. - Ensure a neutral/reference/studio balance for sound dynamics. If possible Elesound should look up Yolie (Audio) from Singapore which is headed by Alex Yu. Do something with them for the next product.

Disappointed with sound
I had bought these for my husband for work but they don’t have very good sound. The bass is ok but the volume and overall sound are not. I say these are ok for a teen or maybe listening to a book but if you like loud and great sounding music, these aren’t the ones.

For smaller heads, but work fine...
These are good. A little small for my big head, so they fit oddly, but they still work. If I had shorter hair, they would be more comfortable. I have to put them over my hair and put my hair behind my ears to fit them, and they still move a bit, but they work. My ears hurt after a whole of wearing regular earbuds so these are a decent alternative.

This is a new experience for someone who ...
I didn’t know what to expect with bone conduction headphones. I was watching and reading reviews, experimenting with sound that might simulate the feeling, but still not knowing what it will be like. This is a new experience for someone who can no longer use headphones due to health concerns and I can truly say, I’m happy with these! It exceeded what was expected for someone who has never used one before, but also explains a lot what I saw other reviewers in general talked about when it came to bone conduction. I must admit: Personally, it did get overwhelming when I went out in public with these. I felt a bit of a headache being able to hear two things at once. I still have to get use to it. And I haven’t had any problems with sound leakage so far, but it may be due to the fact I keep the sound at a midway-ish point for the majority of the time I’m listening music, as it’s where I feel most comfortable and able to hear the song. For the time being, I even handcrafted a sleeve for it to protect the cord and ensure that it’s life with me will be long! Audio cords when it comes to earphones don’t last long with me, but I want to make sure these do!

Unacceptable low volume — junk!
Much anticipated while waiting for shipment from China. What a let down! Worked just so-so in a quiet indoor room. Outdoors it produced only faint and incoherent noise. That’s not even around traffic. Just walking down the street had to forcefully press against each cheekbone to get anything remotely intelligible. All with volume on highest setting. Maybe it’s a poor fit. But I have a hard time believing it isn’t mostly due to the unit itself since it didn’t work well when moved onto multiple locations of cheekbone. Probably not returnable since shipped from China.

Good concept
Got this along time ago and dont even know where it is now. I was intrigued by the bone conduction headphones but didnt want to blow off a fortune. However these dont really the the job as well as other do. they produce little sound and are very uncomfortable.
