EXCELLENT TRIP WIRE!!! I ordered this to use while camping to warn us of animal intruders; especially bears. This trip wire device is made entirely of metal. That was a good decision since to setup this device you will need a 12 gauge blank. Luckily, I had some 12 gauge blanks laying around so I set this trip wire up in my backyard to do a test run. Once the blank was inserted and secured I walked through the trip wire to activate it and it instantly set off the blank shell. The noise seemed to be louder than when shot with a shotgun. This trip wire device works excellently well and I would definitely recommend it.

Absolute garbage, the spring is too weak and the firing pin is isn't pointy, it's flat and loose. I tried multiple different blanks, non if them fired, they barely had a mark on them from the firing pin. This product is a waste of time and metal.
