Ashton and WrightChildren's Double Hole Training Scissors - Purple - Right Handed - Pack of 2

I ordered these for my great-niece and my granddaughter. They are great for teaching children how to properly hold and use scissors.

These are very durable, easy to open and close, and smooth cutting scissors, but I wish the back set of holes were bigger for adults to help students use. The holes are both the same size which can make it harder to help control the action of open and close, or directionality for students.

These work great for our son on the Autism spectrum who struggles with fine motor. He loves using scissors, so these allow him to practice while still being safe

These pair of scissors are aimed at young children aged 4 and above. The double-hole design allows the adult to use those closest to the blade helping to guide the child's movements. As expected, the blades have a rounded design for safety. The blades also feature a ruled edge marked in centimetres - not sure what the benefit of this feature is. Overall, it is an ok scissor but slightly pricey for what it is. Also, the double-hole design isn't to my liking - I feel children have a way of picking a pair of scissors and learning how to use them and sometimes adults tend to over-complicate things in a bid to simplify things.Double-hole design allows adult to use those closest to the blade, guiding the child's movements.Rounded safety blades, featuring a ruled edge marked in centimetres.Suitable for ages 4 and above.

Perfect training scissors. The right size for small fingers and adult fingers alike. Really useful for small fingers to learn fine motor skills.
