Works great, costs less
I was really happy to find exactly what I needed in this since the hot tub manufacturer decided to play games and burn me on the warranty. They wanted DOUBLE the cost of this for what I can only assume is the exact same pump made by the exact same people. The name on the sticker is the ONLY difference I could see.

Bottom mounting plate
The media could not be loaded. strong jets same as the balboa 2 speed pump I replaced that got hit by lightning, works great, the only hard part is the mounting plate is small so I had to modify the mounting location.

Replaced old pump from Marquis spa and everything aligned seemlessly.

Very loud ringing from motor.
I choose this cheaper pump and motor due to the good reviews.The installation was very easy and straight forward. Pump runs good, however, after 5 minutes the motor has a very annoying very loud ringing.I’ll update this review after returning the defective one and trying again with a new pump and motor.Hopefully the next one won’t have that annoying ringing.
