This is the switch I needed.  The previous one was as it stated a "rocker" switch which doesn't work real well on a grinder since I can't hold the switch and whatever I'm grinding.  This new HQRP switch is indeed an ON/OFF switch and when toggled to ON, stays ON until toggled OFF.
