Clear display, but poor instructions.

Great product and price. However, ‘User Instructions’ are a little vague, which means some care & time needs to be taken in setting up the alarm function. I needed it to alert me to my freezer temperature increasing above -5 oC and in the end had to work out how to set by ‘trial and error’. Supplier needs to make instructions clearer, but product itself seems to work well.

The unit cannot be set and used without instructions. Nothing about it is intuitive. Muddled design.The instructions are nearly impossible to follow - and this is not just a bad translation problems, the instructions are written badly in the first place.This device is a critical device. It exists to help prevent the contents of your freezer being ruined.Nobody will understand how to set it up. Nobody will understand what it is trying to tell you. When it alarms, people are likely just to put it in the bin outside as a nuisance as it is likely to false alarm frequently because it never gets set up correctly ion the first place.Avoid.

Just want I needed

This product was really good value for money. It’s very simple to use, easy to read and used for industrial fridges in the works kitchen. Great product. Will recommend.

I have had a smart meter installed. Fridge Freezer on all times so bought thermometers to check temperature. I was able reduce the settings over a period of 4 weeks. Reduced electricity used by an average of 100watts a day. I also have a meter you plug in to show how much electricity used. Should pay for themselves in less than two years as well as warning if temperature goes up.
