## Description

A strong, vibrant ale, double fermented using a true Belgian 'Saison' yeast to really develop the intense taste notes. This premium beer kit makes 40 Pints of top quality beer from 3.5kg of best malted liquid barley and 500g of dried malt for the second fermentation. It is recommended that a small amount of light spraymalt is used for priming. Approximate ABV of 7.5%.

Makes a wonderful malty brew with a bitter/hoppy finish, cuts through a thirst like a hot knife through butter.Can be tricky to pour due to voluminous head. Best serves chilled. 2 bottles of this and i've got a lovely warm beer-grin.Done three of these kits now. try to keep fermentation temperature constant around 21 degrees C else your beer may go cloudy when you chill it. This has NO effect on taste, merely aesthetics. This is due to proteins created during fermentation coagulating at lower temps.
