I purchased this unit 5-10 years ago and have been using off/on ever since. This has helped me recover from major back and neck spasms over the years. Very versatile and easy to use. Multiple cycle settings help if you want to block pain or just relax. Make sure you know how to use it, because it is quite powerful.
