Fit my Schrader wood burning stove perfectly!

Just what we needed to connect our old Schrader Fireplace wood stove to 8" stove pipe. Easy install.

Not as pictured. Does not work for my application. Maybe I need a different adapter but it did not come as pictured

We used this adapter to make a nice snug connection to our Fisher grandpa bear stove. We discovered the opening of our Fisher grandpa wood stove is not standard to modern stoves. The inside of the opening is just too small to fit 8" black stove pipe down into it, and the diameter of the flue lip is just too big to fit 8" single wall pipe over it. However, the inner and outer dimensions of this double skirt adapter turned out to be "just right" for our Fisher wood stove! The inner "skirt" slipped snuggly into the inside of the stove opening. The outer "skirt" fits snug up against the outside of the lip of the flue and covers the lip. We were able to slip a new 8" x 24 Inch black pipe properly downward into the top of this adapter and the stove pipe also fit nicely into the adapter. Adapter is well made and looks nice.
