What is the difference between these and more cheaply priced straw cleaners?

If the "straw cleaners" are like the pipe cleaners, they don't fit the inner cannula as well as the brushes. The brushes do a much better job of cleaning. Putting kinks in the pipe cleaners helps but still not as good as the brushes.
