A MUST for any DM or Player
These cards are so invaluable for our Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition game. They are such a time saver when it comes to knowing what spells you have prepared and their abilities. We used to waste so much time looking up spells in the book, now a simple card is all we need. Great product, cannot recommend enough.

A must have for spellcasters of all classes!
Cards are amazingly useful. Makes it so easy to keep up with abilities and spells and helps me use them effectively. Would recommend to all D&D players and DMs. Easy when deciding what spells to prepare/learn. Don't have to flip back and forth through the book to che the list versus the spell description. Also makes life easier for your DM as if they want to read the spell and check you can simply hand them the card.

They’re thick which means they’re gonna last forever. I love them

These are great!
Quality-wise, these cards are great. Durable, laminated, etc. What I don't like is that the cards are lazily made. Instead of having the tiefling's racial ability to use hellish rebuke as a flat 3d10 damage, it's just a copy of the spell card from the warlock deck, so it has the base level of 2d10 damage with a section at the bottom for casting it at higher levels. You can't cast racial powers at higher levels. However, the battlemaster techniques are fantastic. I just think a tiny bit more effort could have made in these cards' design, given their purpose.

2017 version combines cards from the original Martial Powers & Races and the Monk Traditions decks.
I bought this deck mainly to get the fighter maneuvers cards, and it came with some really cool other cards too.The 2017 version combines the cards from the original Martial Powers & Races cards with the Monk Traditions cards, and some new racial spell-like abilities from the races in "Volo's Guide to Monsters." The only thing missing from the original version of the Martial Powers & Races deck are the 8 blank Bard cards. These cards are only descriptions of spells and spell like abilities that the various classes can learn. None of the racial abilities like the Elf's Trance State or the Protector Aasamir's Radiant Soul abilities are listed here. Also this deck only includes info on races from the Player's Handbook, the Elemental Evil supplement (for the Genasi), and Volo's Guide to Monsters. None of the abilities or sub classes from Sword Coast Adventure's Guide are listed here. Here is what comes in this 61 card deck:16 Battlemaster Maneuvers - Commander's Strike, Disarming Attack, Distracting Strike, Evasive Footwork, Feinting Attack, Goading Attack, Lunging Attack, Maneuvering Attack, Menacing Attack, Parry, Precision Attack, Pushing Attack, Rally, Riposte, Sweeping Attack, and Trip Attack.3 Totem Barbarian Abilities (spells) - Beast Sense, Speak With Animals, Commune With Nature19 Monk Techniques (spells):Monk - Astral ProjectionMonk - Open Hand - SanctuaryMonk - Shadow - Minor Illusion, Darkness, Darkvision, Pass Without Trace, SilenceMonk - Four Elements - Burning Hands, Thunderwave, Gust of Wind, Hold Person, Shatter, Fireball, Fly, Gaseous Form, Stoneskin, Wall of Fire, Cone of Cold, and Wall of Stone3 Drow Cards - Dancing Lights, Faerie Fire, Darkness1 Forest Gnome Card - Minor Illusion1 High Elf Card - Blank card. High elves learn one cantrip from the Wizard's spell list so you have the option to fill this in yourself.3 Tiefling Cards - Thaumaturgy, Hellish Rebuke, Darkness1 Air Genasi - Levitate1 Earth Genasi - Pass Without Trace2 Fire Genasi - Produce Flame, Burning Hands2 Water Genasi - Shape Water, Create or Destroy Water***New cards from Volo's Guide to Monsters***1 Aasimar - Light2 Firbolg - Detect Magic, Disguise Self3 Triton - Fog Cloud, Gust of Wind, Wall of Water3 Yuan-Ti - Poison Spray, Animal Friendship, Suggestion

great addition
great addition to any dnd set. the spell cards are great for gaming because it makes it easy to be able to reference your spells without having to have all the books out and have to flip through them to find the spell and what they do. they also help so that you do not have to write down all the information for the spell. especially if you end up making multiple characters because the one character gets killed.

Good quality, clear, and simple
Cards are good quality, they are clear and simple to understand and read. They have a glossy finish unlike Magic the Gathering cards or Yugioh. As seen in the picture the backs are different for each race or martial discipline and the front of the cards show all you need to know to use them.
