My Fitbit charge three black band broke in one of the holes that you put the piece through. And luckily I saw it before it completely tore. Now Fitbit does have very good customer service. For instance with my last charge I had a bubble inside of it the wristband part all I had to do was take a picture or two and send it to them and they sent me one in the mail. I was shocked. The reason that I went to Fitbit immediately it’s because their customer service is so good. But then after I spoke with the man and I sent the pictures I said let me go online and see. Well this is incredible. These are just as durable if not better because they have the holes in them for your wrist to breathe as the original fit bit ones. Now Fitbit has made you changing them extremely easy used to be very difficult with the old charge but this one is so simple. They come in three colors I wanted to have one that was a brighter color so I could see it if I ever had to take it off for the shower or whatever. They are fantastic Quality. I am being dead serious here. I did not expect them to be anything more than just cheap type things and they are not. They are packaged well and all three of them are fantastic. Worth every penny and you’re not paying a lot. And by the way the Fitbit band is not here. How funny is that that this got here quicker than the Fitbit band. But I am not knocking their customer service. They are very good they are very good company. I should’ve never even bothered them and just ordered the stuff myself first but regardless I will have them and the bands are great you will love them

Compatible with my fit bit perfect

Like: Came with 3 nice band colors, has holes for ventilation, comfortable to wear, water resistant material Dislike: Band came apart just a few hours after attaching band to fitbit charge 4. Thankfully, fitbit was not lost as it happened at home. Concerned that fitbit easily falls apart as it seems much looser fit than OEM band. Due to this concern, I will not recommend these bands to others. However, I will keep them despite my concern.

Love the colors and easy to change

I had my Fitbit Charge 4 for two years before the silicone started to split at the 4th bar. I stumbled upon this brand, because I loved the color options and the pricing. I measured my wrist and thought I would need large, but it is definitely bigger than I thought. On my next order, I will probably order small. The large is about 1 inch longer than the band that comes with the Fitbit. The band attaches perfectly to the device and is seamless for the most part. It is very comfortable to wear and the clasp is about the same quality as the OEM band. I wear my device for about 21 hours a day, so there is wear and tear on the OEM clasp. I expect the same to happen with this one, but that is not an issue at all. Super excited to order more sets!

These bands are awesome, NO COMPLAINTS! Love the color options too

I had bought a set of these nearly 2 years ago when my Fitbit band broke right before a vacation, and I needed something functional that could be delivered fast. They fit the bill, and the beige one got every-day wear until the little plastic "band tail holder" finally broke one night. Of course, I couldn't find the other two from the set – I know they're around the house somewhere – but I'm not sure I would have wanted to have worn the pink or white ones anyway. This time I re-ordered a set that color-matches the Fitbit better because I wasn't desperate to get one in stock with ultra-quick shipping, I put the dark blue one on (and made sure my wife knows where the other two are stored, because I'm bound to forget again) and I'm certain these bands are going to outlast my Fitbit itself. No problems with fit or function. If I were to put the black one on, I'm pretty certain nobody would be able to distinguish it from the factory original.

Fit well for the short time I used the first band and then the end of the actual Fitbit unit broke off and is stuck in the new band. Ended up costing me dearly as Fitbit is no longer functional and at month 13 of my actual FitBit purchase they will not replace; just offer a discount to repurchase. Very poor quality. Do not recommend
