Knightley Rose Back Support (V2) - Posture Corrector with Removable Spine Supports (L & XL, Black) (Large)

If, like me, you've tried a few of these "back supports / posture correctors" you're probably a tad disappointed at the quality of these items.This "Knightley Rose" back support is the third one I purchased (had to return the other two due to bad quality / durability) and, finally, I think this Knightley Rose product will do the trick: quality is reasonable and I assume will be durable over time without breaking.Note, please, that this Knightley product is not "perfect" but, I feel, does the job of support / posture corrector quite well, both as a reminder to sit up straight, plus, as a means of "pulling" one's shoulders back via the elastic straps.So, clearly, it works and I can recommend this product. At this price point level, my suggestion is to buy this product.If, however (as I've been contemplating) one wishes for clearly quality-driven support / posture corrector, one needs to spend a lot more money - it's simply a "money = quality" thing. If you really need a back support very much due to clear physical / handicap needs, then, pay more money and buy the more serious products.If, like me, you only need this type of product to service one's posture when sitting for long periods in front of the computer, then, yes, this Knightley Rose Sport Pro will do the trick. For how long? Maybe 6 months, maybe a year, maybe more … not sure at this stage. But, as mentioned above, don't waste time on the other price-competitors to this Knightley Rose product … waste of time.Essence: Can recommend this product (I'm reasonably happy with it) if you're simply needing to prevent bad posture in front of your computer.

Most likely my fault, I didn't expect this product to be so tight for a (L)arge. It is very easy to put on, all you do is open it flat, do waist first, then sling shoulder strap over and through the back loop and stick on the front of waist. Unfortunately, sent back in original packaging for a refund. XL's are out of stock as well. Now ordered a completely different brand (for exactly the same price) disappointing it won't be a Knightley, but if it doesn't fit, there is not much you can do.

The product felt really good and supportive the first couple of days wearing it, which was a real relief. However, I now wear it and notice very little change or comfort. This could be down to muscle memory (or lack of) 😉

Certainly can feel the immediate effect. Just’s rubs under my arms as the strap goes over the shoulder. I recommend a T-shirt underneath or cross strapping the design. This however may not give the desired support of the designer

It supports your shoulders and back really well and you can feel the pressure removed from your lower spine. It’s not however ideal for golf, as it’s quite restrictive and the strap over the stomach is quite bulky.

Only had it a few days but when I wear it you get a sense of how poor your posture is. Really makes my back ache the next day but feels good

Yes this product I would recommend. it makes you sit up straight and not slouch
