Arrived in perfect condition, with a cooling pack, cheese not sweaty at all. Excellent, as expected well known Italian Parmigiano Regiano taste and texture👍

Mould Inside — Faulty Vacuum Seal
The item arrived with a poorly made vacuum seal, resulting in mould growth inside the packaging. Amazon issued a refund, which I appreciate, but I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

Sweaty Cheese
If you've ever bought cheese before you know it can sweat when left at room temp for too long, particularly hard cheeses. This thing was almost dripping when I got it and pulled it out of the package. Still edible but I feel like it definitely detracted from the flavour slightly and it definitely was more pungent.
