Just put "2-gang switched socket outlet" in search and you will find loads - all the sheds and builder's merchants also sell them. Please get a professional electrician to install them for you as I am concerned you may not be competent to do so if you are asking such a question anyway. Electricity kills - be safe, not sorry.

What is the minimum thickness of the dry wall that these so that boxes will attach securely? I am using 6mm plywood.

Minimum size dry wall is 9ml do I’d guess at that, u could glue a small spacer piece on each side to make up the difference?
