***First of all, this is NOT an antiperspirant! You are still going to sweat with Hello Whole Body Deodorant. Second, I have read the bad reviews, i.e., it doesn't work, I still stink, the scent smells atrocious, etc. Okay people, you have years/decades' worth of bacteria in your armpits and other places you sweat. I thought well this is going to work better if you use some kind of antibacterial or something like that. I ran a search in Amazon and came up with Clyecfra Underarm Detox Scrub with peppermint and witch hazel. I use this scrub in the shower on my underarms, under boob, underbelly, etc. It is not too coarse. I then follow with the Hello Whole Body Deodorant after my shower. This was a gamechanger. It's in the 100s here in New Mexico and I sweat just walking across an airconditioned room. I plan on using the scrub and Hello deodorant from now on. Also, people complain about the scent. Well, if you get Sweet Coconut or Lavendar Vanilla, you probably are not going to like the scent. I stick with the Fresh scent and it doesn't cause any funky smells.*** I thought I'd jump on the whole-body deodorant band wagon. I looked at dozens of brands and many reviews that went with them. For the price and reviews, this one seemed the best (I couldn't see spending $30 for a small tube). I bought the Fresh scent because I have severe allergies and can't stand anything with fragrance. I've tried it a few times and am impressed with the way it keeps you from smelling too bad. I don't go to the gym so I can't speak as to how it works if you're all sweated up but would imagine at the very least it helps some.

This stuff is really great. So far it's the second best brand of whole body deodorant that I've tried. And I've tried a lot. It's also a great price. It smells like natural lavender and vanilla not artificial at all. The consistency is thicker like the original brand, rather than watery like many other brands (which equals wasteful). It works very well! Very happy and I will continue to purchase!!

I follow all the suggestions when using natural deodorant. 1. Put it on right after the area is cleaned 2. Apply to area 1" outside of what you typically consider armpit On top of that I usually apply right before I go to bed and when I wake up. I think I still might have been skimpy on the application. It seems like it works better if you're heavy handed with the product (quarter sized amount vs dime). I don't think this cream is using arrowroot or any natural moisture absorber. The cream seems to make you retain moisture. It does not dry up efficiently; compared to if you weren't wearing deodorant or using an aluminum based deodorant. The price point is better than the natural deodorant competition though. And effective about 95% of the time. However, the 5% failure smell lingers in your head, making you wonder if you should just go back to your tried and true aluminum based deodorant. There are no real studies that show that aluminum based deodorants lead to cancer or any other health issues. But besides the excess moisture in certain body areas... The way it dries in the armpit is more pleasing than the sticky gel aluminum deodorants and less flaky than the stick. Maybe I need to find something in between and cheaper.

I bought this for my underwire region of my bra because I seem to get rashes and I sweat. It helped a ton with that and I love using it there. However today I was the first day I've used it under my arms. I used probably more than a pea size amount but still a small amount and it's been three hours, I definitely was sweaty going about my errands today, and I can already smell my BO. It's definitely working to keep the BO down low and not as stinky but I can still smell it and I hate it. Usually with normal deodorant I need to reapply and I'm thinking that's what I have to do here. So unfortunately I need to reapply, maybe I'll try a bigger amount in the future but I don't have high hopes. However, for the purpose I bought it for, it works really well, just doesn't work well for pits. Probably won't buy again unless I really really like it after the summer's over.

I bought this thinking it would be an affordable substitute for other "72 hour" deodorants. I was wrong, this doesn't even last the day. Does it decrease the stink in a day? probably? I'm not sure. But within a work day (less than 8 hours for those of you keeping track) I could smell myself. And I work a desk job, I'm not doing anything physically demanding. And, initially, I felt a little harsh with a 1 star review, but then i considered this works for less than 10% of the advertised time, and 1 star out of 5 is 20%. This is *much* more expensive than any deodorant I've ever owned and is by far the least effective. Also, and this is literally a foot note, the bottle arrived with black finger smudges on it and there are ZERO "safety" seals in place to comfort me that this was a new product. That's a yuck from me. Pros: not sticky or greasy, dries fast did not irritate my skin Cons: does NOT last a full day -- not even a work day. 72 hours is beyond reproach for advertising. not an anti-perspirant (this doesn't bother me, but it is something to consider) no safety seals expensive for what it is Summary: Lume works AT LEAST 6 times longer, and is only double the price for the same amount. That's easy math, friends.

I am a CMA so I'm on my feet a lot throughout the day, therefore they get sweaty and sometimes stinky. I was using Lume which did work great but is not that cost effective. This so far is working just as good for half the cost. It makes my skin so soft and it smells great but I've not noticed the scent lasting all day but I'm still odor free which is what counts. It does not leave any residue that I have noticed, it is clear on my skin. It has a nice smooth tip for applying which makes it super easy to put right onto the skin. I will definitely buy again.
