Address limited storage space issue
I wish I had enough bikes to fit on all six hooks but I haven’t. That still means that valuable floor storage space was being taken up in my man cave to store a summer bike, a winter bike and a ‘compact’ geared version which looked untidy stacked together in a corner - no longer. These AiYoo™ Bike Hooks are strong enough to retain a bike on a wall, freeing up the floor for other purposes. I carefully measured the width of the handlebars, allowed a few inches wiggle room and screwed the hooks into a sturdy 4” x 2” block of wood once I’d drilled pilot holes, allowing easy screwing of the hooks by hand into the block. This was then screwed into the wooden cross beams of the man cave for a more than secure fixing. The product information states that is advisable to affix into wood rather than via a Rawlplug™ directly into plaster or brick as the weight of the bike might pull that Rawlplug out and leave your prized possession damaged – good advice to heed. The wood block was set at a suitable distance from the wall allowing the front wheel not to touch the wall but the back wheel to do so, leaving the bikes at a suitable angle to unclip from the hook when required. His isn’t the only storage method available however as using a pair of these hooks in tandem would mean a bike could just as easily be stored upside down hanging from the ceiling if preferred. The hooks all feature a red, plastic coating to save your front wheel getting damaged from metal-to-metal contact, but in practice I’d find this mounting method suitable for aluminium or steel wheels but wouldn’t be happy using this mounting method for a more delicate carbon fibre wheel as the narrow contact point could cause damage due to the full weight of the bike resting on it.The hooks themselves are manufactured from stainless galvanised steel, meaning that they are good for years of use without rusting and eventually having a critical failure which again could damage your pride and joy. The shape of the hooks means that once you’ve found the right angle to retain the bikes via a little trial and error they easily hook and unhook to and from their storage location. Each hook measures 15.6cm long x 6.6cm wide at its widest point; whilst the screw thread is 2.5cm long, ensuring a firm grip on the wood. The metal diameter is 0.7cm, meaning that it’s fit for purpose. The pack comes with six supplied Rawlplugs which my fixing method didn’t need, but which you might use if you come up with a different storage solution. One warning however from the product information is that each hook is only capable of holding 15.6lbs, and with many bikes over this weight using the tandem installation method may be essential for you, so ensure you’ve got the space to use in this way before purchase.I like that these hooks give some potential varieties of storage solution depending on your situation. I think that they are well made and I like that the non-slip plastic coating will save your wheels from damage – though I’d beware with using these hooks with carbon fibre wheels due to the potential for doing damage you won’t know about until its too late. The hooks retain the bikes well enough and have tidied up a man cave to make better use of the limited space available. At just £8.97 for six hooks that’s less than £1.50 each, so I’d consider that a bargain to bring a little bit of organisation to bear.

Strong and useful but take care fixing them in place
As you can see from the Amazon illustration, these are attached to the wall or ceiling by a wood screw rather than a bolt. I used mine to hang up garden tools, some quite heavy, with no problem - but if I were really going to hang up a bike, particularly a heavy one, I would have to be quite sure that the screws were as secure as possible, with good quality plugs into into robust holes, avoiding say crumbly concrete or plaster. So, attach with care for really heavy weights.

Has held up everything I've thrown at them
I have fitted these all the way along the inside of my lean-to for my motorcycle to hang various bits ranging from my babies pram to ladders and these things don't budge. Obviously it will depend on how you fit them but drilled a pilot hole into the timber and then scewed the hangers into place and they're perfect.

Not heavy duty
Just got these, not strong and flimsy in the wall , not enough thread to support a mountain bike and definitely not enough space to place a 2.25 inch or 2.35 inch tyre... OK for hooking tools like a shovel or a road bike via the wheel, but definitely not for a mountain bike... now I'll go to Decathlon who have a much more sturdy one that will fit upto 2.5inch tyre ... After doing more research... don't buy for mountain bikes...

Great for saving space in your Garage
I'm very happy with these have made a real difference in my garage - they are super strong and very versatile - have 1/2 my stuff hanging off of then now 4 starts and not 5 as the rubber sheathing has slipped a bit on a couple and I cant get it back up to the top - Still work fine tho so overall very happy

Dangerous
Not fit for purpose, the thread has sheared off and I just happened to be under the bike when it decided to snap. Not heavy duty, does not do what it says.
