The book came quickly and is in perfect shape. Very pleased. Looking forward to reading this little book, sitting with a cup of tea.

Recipes are very doeable, very upbeat narrative, sweet reminisce

It is fun to look at the family history in the pages of this book. If you want to cook though, it’s not really all that useful. One recipe called for baking “in a warm oven.” Maybe it is just me, but I’m not sure what “warm oven” means. Give me a temp? The beef stew recipe indicated that the beef should be dipped in seasoned flour. But there was no flour in the recipe. The recipes in general were pretty sparse. I love the idea of it though. I will keep it on my shelf because it is a really cute book made with love… even though I can’t really cook with it.

I'm usually always skeptical when people say "AUTHENTIC" (place heritage here) Recipes. However I have a few of my own that I know to be seldom heard of ways prepared or lesser heard of recipes. These seem genuine Irish recipes and was very happy to see some heritage familiar recipes as many others I haven't tried. Cant wait to taste them all eventually!

My family loves Irish food. We've been missing The Celtic Festival for the last 2 years. Now we can cook it more than we did.

It does have the traditional grandma’s recipes in there. Some of them do not have measurements on them so you have no idea how much to use.

A very simple Irish cookbook with easy recipes to make.

Good but some recipes awful lambs head ,,, squeeze the mucus from the tongue 😷😷

As my entire family is Irish I was very disappointed in this cook book. Bought it for a friend instead of writing all my old favorites down. Poor in my opinion.
