Always give my son as a Xmas present every year ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nearly perfect *by A***R on 24 April 2021* I didn't believe this in one of the previous reviews but due to the preservation method the flavour of a freshly opened packet is a bit wierd. Do not let this put you off though, after letting it sit in a bowl for an hour or so it morphs into the wonderful flavour we all know and love. The quality is high, I've had several packets too date and not had any quibbles about that aspect at all. On the biltong scale I'd say this warrants as a thin to medium sliced and tending towards dry.
