**Q: Does this fire make a noise**
A: Hi, The fire is as quiet as a mouse, you only hear metal contracting for a few seconds after it is switched off!Would definitely recommend it. Our previous one lasted over 20 years before finally giving up the ghost.Hope that helps you

**Q: It says 200 watts. Does it mean 2000?**
A: Mine says on the label at the back,2720 watts and 2x 60 watts which is for the 2 bulbs.

**Q: My mum has dementia so just wondered how easy is it to turn on and off ?**
A: Hi! The Appliance itself is very easy to operate; i.e.,  you would simply press a switch or turn a dial.   However,  to utilise the 'Thermostat' feature to maintain a constant temperature,  that could be a bit tricky for her (not saying definitely though)  in that she would have to remember to rotate a dial 'slowly' in order for her to hear a slight 'click' which would allow for the appliance to come on and off to maintain the temperature.  So,  in short - yes; it’s easy to actually 'use',  but she may not find it as easy to use the Thermostat feature which would simply mean she would just switch off and on as she needed, and so she should be okay with that.  Hope this helps.

**Q: How do I fit in a new bulb. Mines blown only had it since september.and where do i get them from? What bulbs are they please?**
A: Unplug appliance. Unscrew the plastic coals screws either side. Remove ‘coals’ cover. Remove faulty bulbs and replace with fitrglow bulbs (bayonet fitting) available  from any good supermarket or hardware store. Replace  ‘coal’effect. Make sure screws are located properly
