This is my first neck pillow. Seems fine.Only problem is the fibres from the inside filling keep coming out everyday so overtime it's going to get deflated.

Very nice product. Very soft and clean looking product. Cushion is very good.

Product is good and soft. I ordered 2 items. But cover is missing for both the products.

Good quality at this price. But they forgot to send lace with the bag, due to that, bag is useless.

Ordered a pair and got unequal sizes. One cushion is visibly smaller than the other and same is case with the eye cover. In one of the cushions, the fibers were protruding at the stitch. The elastic of the eye cover is too tight. It is definitely going to hurt, when used for prolonged hours. Have not used it yet, and cannot comment on comfort. Hoping that these solve the purpose. The packaging also was improper. Except one eye cover, nothing was in a polythene cover and hence I feel I got an open item.Also note that the filling is NOT MEMORY FOAM as claimed. There were white fibers coming out from the seams.The outer packing was also flimsy and could have damaged the product in transit. See the attached pictures and make an informed decision to buy or not.

The neck pillow itself is good. However the packaging it came with wasn't. They just packed it with a clear plastic.The reason why I'm giving only 2 stars is because the eye cover is missing.With only late return dates available, and my trip coming up soon, decided not to return it.TLDR; Good Quality pillow from the looks of it, but missing eye cover is a let down.

It's soft. Reasonable price i like it
